July 2010: PLAYER to make theatrical debut at the Gene Siskel Film Center in Chicago on July 31st.

March 2010:  Legend engages legal representation for its projects with Chicago's Hal "Corky" Kessler, noted entertainment attorney for independents and expert on Section 181 and state tax incentives for filmmakers. Learn more about Corky here.

December 27, 2009: Legend 44 starts shooting the first independent dramatic feature in 3D: KILLERS (working title), breaking the mold in this dynamic new technique from special effects to "the drama of intimacy with the humans onscreen." Good article in Cinematographer Magazine/Reel Exchange here.

December 2009:  Legend 44 Entertainment Inc. sets up its first feature project, KILLERS WORKING TITLE MOVIE LLC, a Delaware company, and acquires the screenplay KILLERS (working title), a drama/mystery feature about the consequences of an innocent man's execution.

October 2009: Legend 44 incorporates its project development activities as LEGEND 44 ENTERTAINMENT INC., a California corporation.

August 31, 2009: Legend 44 wraps post on PLAYER, delivers completed film on time/on budget in multi-formats for the domestic & international markets. See the new trailer at www.playerthemovie.us.

January - March 2009: Legend wraps additional photography on indie feature PLAYERThe First Person's composers Chris Cano to compose original score. * Knight Rider VFX team MasterKey to create Player's "dream" sequences.

November 2008 AFM release: Noted director Charles Burnett (To Sleep With Anger) signs on to helm Legend partner Robert Fleet's biopic To Die For Words: The Last Days of Ken Saro-Wiwa, to be produced by UK/LA-based Windham Films in association with Legend.

November 24, 2008 Legend partner Robert Fleet's script (from his play) My Best Friend's Deception wraps photography in Canada by Cinegraphe Pictures, Carlton Films distributing. (Press release)

April 21, 2008 Legend wraps principal photography on indie feature PLAYER, directed by Legend partner Alina Szpak.

May 2008 Legend's Poland-US short Zaufanie (Trust) begins festival tour with appearance at Cannes film fest's Short Film Corner.

January 2008 Legend joins with Poland's Maciej Kosinski (EuromediaTV) to develop NO MAN'S LAND, an international mystery-romance feature by Legend partner Robert Fleet.
